Refund Policy

ML Stuckey Consulting believes in providing customers with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  ML Stuckey Consulting offers both tangible and non-tangible products and services.  Where ML Stuckey Consulting offers a non-tangible irrevocable service, refunds cannot be provided once the service has been accepted, billed, and paid, but we will do everything in our power to make it right.  If we can’t make it right, your next payment is on us.

ML Stuckey Consulting provides products as a reseller of GoDaddy, Inc.  In the event of a termination or cancellation of a product purchased on behalf of a client from GoDaddy, the client may receive the full refund amount as provided by GoDaddy.  Notice of cancellation must be made via e-mail to cancellations@mlstuckeyconsulting.com.

Intellectual products and services such as website design and development, graphic design, or solution architecture and integration are available from ML Stuckey Consulting on three different types of payment schedules: hourly billing, project billing, and package billing. Packages are available in order to make expensive custom development work available at rates affordable to nano and small businesses. A small setup fee is charged followed by monthly payments.  All intellectual products and services may be cancelled at any time and there is no contractual term obligation.  All intellectual products and services will remain the property of ML Stuckey Consulting unless negotiated otherwise in writing with the client.

WE DO HONOR REQUESTS FOR REFUND WHERE THE FOLLOWING REASONS APPLY:

1. non-delivery of the product or service: such as, for example, you do not receive a delivery of a product or service from us;

2. Availability issues: all online products such as websites and CRMs have a guaranteed availability of 99.5%;

3. irreparable defects or grave difficulties with the product or service: although all the products and services are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team for approval;

4. product or services not-as-described: a request based on this reason is satisfied on a case by case basis with ML Stuckey Consulting reserving full discretion to make the determination whether a refund is appropriate.

You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you are applying for a refund. Please make sure your request does not contradict our Terms of Service. Payment Policy: Payment may be made by Check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Checks may be mailed to our mailing address, and credit cards may be paid online manually or recurring, or by phone.  A processing fee of $25 will be charged for returned checks products may be suspended until a negotiable instrument (acceptable form of payment such as money order or cashier’s check) is received.
